I’m a woman, a single mama, a florist, a friend- and the heart behind Forage & Folk Co. I thrive on connection, creativity, and a good iced oat milk latte. I’m a mental health advocate, a picky eater, a music lover with a wild eclectic playlist, and someone who cares deeply about people and their stories.

where i come from

I was born in Portland, OR, and spent much of my childhood wandering the West Coast with my hippie parents. That sense of movement and exploration shaped me early on- first as a curious kid, and later as a soul who finds inspiration in every corner of the world.

where i’ve planted my roots

Eventually, I found my way back to SW Washington. It’s where my roots are strongest now, where I’m raising my son, and where I’ve chosen to grow both my family and my business. Motherhood has been my greatest honor- a dream come true that has reshaped my perspective and gave me a deeper purpose.

HOW FLORALS FOUND ME

It was becoming a mother that lit the spark in me for florals- not just arranging them, but using them to tell stories, mark moments, and honor love in all forms. Designing flowers for life’s most meaningful days became my way of showing up for others while building something beautiful for my son and myself.

why i created forage & folk co

I started Forage & Folk co. for the community- for the lovers, the dreamers, and truly everyone in between. I love love. I believe in thoughtful design, sustainable beauty, and in leaving every person, space, and moment better than I found it.
